Zoox
A new way to feel at home in motion.
As one of the first product designers at Zoox, I worked on the rider experience for on-demand, electric autonomous transportation.
THE APPROACH

the experience.
I designed and launched three versions of the mobile app, explored vehicle identification and interaction, and worked on an internal emergency response operations dashboard.
The experience extended beyond the app: light, sound, door interactions and in-vehicle screens helped riders understand and navigate an unfamiliar journey.
